Dr. Ho, the AIDS researcher, was the original speaker at graduation.
But President Clinton asked to speak as well.

Dr. Ho'w speach addressed everything from the necessity of continued federal funding of the sciences to endorsing a freer immigration policy. He was well spoken, amusing and passionate about his work.

Clinton pretended to like Ho's speach even though Ho put him on the spot and kept asking for more money for scientists.

I can't remember what Clinton spoke about, but he was the President of the United States!
